Is there a Freemium plan?

Yes, our Personal 👶 plan is a Freemium plan. With this plan, you are allowed to have only 1 active agent (last 30 days), 50 article views and 50 article searches per month.

What is an active agent?

An active agent is one who has used the app to search and send articles to customers using the Inbox in Intercom in the last 30 days.

What happens if I exceed limits on my Freemium plan?

If you exceed the article view and search limit or the active agent limit, your users wil see a warning message at the bottom of the article they are viewing. See image below:

What if I do not upgrade after trial ends?

You will have the Freemium plan, and your users will see ads when they view articles.
